 5. 16.3.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner in this writ application no
w confines his submission relating to improper assignment of mark in English paper of Annual C
HSE Examination, 2016. It may be stated that neither in the writ application nor in course of
submission, it is specifically pointed out that for which answer there has been either non-ass
ignment of mark or assignment of mark on lower side than what the petitioner ought to get.
 Mr. S.B.Jena, learned counsel for the opp.parties at this stage submits that t
he grievance of the petitioner relating to re-addition of mark for other subjects has already
been redressed and intimation to that effect has been sent.

 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be mak
ing a detail representation now within two weeks stating as to in which of the answers with re
ference to the questions in English paper there has been either non-assignment of mark or assi
gnment of mark on lower side for due consideration of the opp.parties.

 Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel for the opp.parties also submits that in the ev
ent such a representation is made, the matter would be considered and evaluation would be done
 as per the scheme of the evaluation.

 Considering the submission as above, this writ application stands disposed of
with a direction to the opp.parties that in the event of receipt of the representation stating
 the details as aforestated, the same would be considered in its proper prospective and re-eva
luation would be made as per the scheme of evaluation in place within a period three weeks the
refrom and the result thereof would be so intimated to the petitioner within a week thereafter
.
