 05. 15.03.2017 The petitioner, having been implicated in G.R.
 Case No.751 of 2016 arising out of Mahakalapada P.S. Case No.101 of 2016 registered for alleg
ed commission of offence under sections 498A/294/323/506/34, I.P.C. read with section 4 of the
 D.P. Act pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara has filed this application
for grant of bail in the event of his arrest in the said case.

 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government

 Advocate.

 Considering the submission, viewing the nature of accusations and othe
r surrounding circumstances of the case, while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail t
o the petitioner, it is observed that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the court belo
w and moves for his bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of during
 the first hour to enable the petitioner to approach the next higher forum during the course o
f the day in case necessity arises for its disposal in accordance with law without being influ
enced by this order unless there stands any legal impediment.
 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
