mmission of offence under sections 498A/506/304B/294/34, I.P.C. read with section 4 of the D.P
. Act pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar has filed this application
for grant of bail in the event of his arrest in the said case.

 Considering the submission, viewing the nature of accusations and othe
r surrounding circumstances of the case, while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail t
o the petitioner, it is observed that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the court belo
w and moves for his bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of in acc
ordance with law early without being influenced by this order.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
