The petitioner is a contractor, who is stated to have done certain works for t
he Power Grid Corporation India Limited.
The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure 4 before
the Deputy General Manager, Power Grid Corporation India Limited- Opp. Party No.2 detailing h
is claim.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the representation
is still pending.
Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without
going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of, directing the Opp. Part
y No.2, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure 4 within eight weeks
from the date of receipt of a Certified Copy of this Order along with a copy of the writ appl
ication containing all the Annexures.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
