earned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.

Perused the copy of the F.I.R attached to the ABLAPL petition.

Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties. It is fairly submitted at the Bar that, there is no record of past criminal an tecedent against the present petitioner.

 The principal accused are stated to have been released on bail in the meantime
.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and nature of allegation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be r
eleased on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of his arrest, on such terms and conditi
ons as deemed just and proper, in connection with Pattamundai P.S. Case No. 230 of 2015 corres
ponding to G.R. Case No.230 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Patamundai.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
