Challenge has been made against the order of punishment passed in a disciplina
ry proceeding by the District Judge, Sambalpur. The order being appealable one, hence, we are
not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
It is open to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order of puni
shment. In case said appeal is filed within three weeks from today, the same shall be entertai
ned and heard on merits.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
