dditional Government Advocate.
In third Paragraph of our order dated 11.07.2017 passed in W.P
.(C) No. 18223 of 2016, we noted that there is dispute with regard to the Management and also
dispute between the Trustee Members of the petitioner-Institution, and therefore, the order wa
s passed for the Institution without any reference to the competency of the person representin
g it, which was to be decided by the appropriate Authority or court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute wi
th regard to the Management of the petitioner-Institution has already been settled in RSA No.
47 of 2007 by this Court and confirmed by Honble Apex Court in SLP No. 35678 of 2014.
In case, the question with regard to the appropriate Managemen
t of the Institution is already decided, it is open to the petitioner to satisfy the court or
Authority before whom the question arises by producing adequate material to that affect.
