05. 09.03.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue invo
lved in this writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Manishe Ent
erprises vs. State of Orissa & ors, 81 VST 432 (2015).
He has thus prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ p
etition with liberty to approach the concerned authority in case any cause of action still sur
vives.
Prayer is granted.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
