 2, The prayer made in this writ petition is for quashing the recovery proceeding
initiated by the Orissa State Financial Corporation and to accept the One Time Settlement prop
osal made by the petitioner.
 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly stated that its One Time Se
ttlement application is still pending with the Orissa State Financial Corporation, which may b
e directed to be considered.

 4. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, we dispose of th
is writ petition with a direction that the application of the petitioner for One Time Settleme
nt be considered and decided in accordance with law by the opposite party-Corporation as exped
itiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of
certified copy of this order along with a photocopy of the pending application for One Time Se
ttlement.

 The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
