ndertake the appropriate investigation in Baranga P.S. Case No.41 of 2016 registered under Sec
tions 448/342/323/294/379/506/34 of the I.P.C. and take appropriate legal action against the c
ulprits.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction submits that the investigation is a
lready over and charge-sheet has already been filed on 09.09.2016 with the aforesaid offences.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in the CRLM
P, which is accordingly disposed of.
