Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is about inaction of the I.I.C., Nikirai Police Statio
n, Kendrapara on the written report of the petitioner dtd.21.4.2017 under Annexure-1 alleging
commission of cognizable offences.
Therefore, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner make
s a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Kendrapara bringing to his notice the
inaction of the IIC, Nikirai Police Station, Kendrapara ventilating his grievances within thre
e weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police, Kendrapara shall consider and dispose of the
same in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter.
The Superintendent of Police, Kendrapara shall act on production of certified copy of
this order along with a copy of this petition with Annexures.
Issue urgent certified copy.
