 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for School & Mas
s Education Department.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Contempt Petition has been filed t
o comply the order dated 9.9.2011 of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No. 24192 of 2011, whereunde
r the opp. Parties was to pay the Time Bound Advancement Scale of Pay to the petitioner. He s
ubmits that in the show cause filed by the D.E.O., Angul has opined that the petitioner is eli
gible to get the first RACP with effect from 1.8.2015. He also drew the attention of the Court
 to the show cause filed by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha (opp. Party no.2), where
in the Director has written letter to the State Government in School & Mass Education Departme
nt on 20.2.2010 seeking necessary instruction to comply the order of the Court. He further sub
mits that the State Government should comply the order of the Court as soon as possible.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department seeks two months t
ime to comply the order of the Court.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned counsels for both parties, the opp. Part y
 no.1 is directed to comply the order dated 9.9.2011 of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.24192
of 2011 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order to be produced by
 the learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department, failing which opp. Party
 no.1 would be deemed to have committed contempt of Court.

 The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.

 Certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.

 A free copy of this order be supplied to learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Ed
ucation Department for communication.
