 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recent
ly vide notification on 30.3.2017, the State Government has taken the decision to abolish RMC
Check Gates with effect from 1.4.2017 in the interest of farmers as well as the public of the
State. He further submits that in view of the said notification, there lies no further cause o
f action for which the writ petition has become infructuous.

 Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
