 Case No. 237 of 2017 arising out of Choudwar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered for alleged
 commission of offence under sections 341/354/323 /294/506/34 IPC pending in the court of lear
ned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack have filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Stand

ing Counsel.

 Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of accusations and oth
er surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is direct
ed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case within f
ifteen days hence in the above case and move for their release on bail, they be released on ba
il with such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by that court with furthe
r condition that they will cooperate with the investigation as and when required.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
