 The petitioner having been implicated in Konark P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 corresponding
 to G.R. Case No. 64 of 2017 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara for alleged commission
of offence under section 47(a) of Bihar & Orissa Excise Act, has filed this application for gr
ant of anticipatory bail.

 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel.
 Considering the submissions and viewing nature of accusations against the peti
tioner, while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it is directed
that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case within two
weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit a
nd disposed of in accordance with law, during the first hour so as to enable the petitioner to
 approach the next higher forum during the second half of the day for its disposal in course o
f the day unless there stands any legal impediment.

 The case record and case diary be made available accordingly.
 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
