Case No. 175 of 2017 arising out of Khurda Sadar P.S.Case No. 39 2017 registered for alleged
commission of offence under sections 341/323/294/ 324/ 379/506/34 IPC pending in the court of
learned S.D.J.M., Khurda have filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Stand
ing Counsel.
Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of accusations and oth
er surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is direct
ed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case within f
ifteen days hence in the above case and moves for their release on bail, they be released on b
ail with such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with f
urther conditions that they will not indulge in any criminal activity and will cooperate with
the investigation as and when required.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
