2. 22.3.2017 The petitioners having been implicated in G.R. Case No.167 of 2017 a
rising out of Ghasipura P.S. Case No.49 of 2017 registered for alleged commission of offence
under sections 341/294/307/34 IPC read with section 25/27 of the Arms Act pending in the cou
rt of learned S.D.J.M., Anandpur have filed this application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C.
for grant of anticipatory bail.

 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and cou
nter case for the incident and for that reason the FIR finds mention of the exaggerated pictur
e of the incident. He also submits that petitioner no. 5 has been seriously injured in the sa
id incident. In view of above, when there remains least scope on the part of the petitioners t
o flee from justice or tamper the evidence, he urges for grant of anticipatory bail to these p
etitioners.

 Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate opposes the move.

 Considering the submission, viewing the nature of accusations and othe
r surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directe
d that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case within a
period of fifteen days hence and move for their release on bail, they be released on bail on s
uch terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further con
dition that they will not indulge in any criminal activity and will not terrorise or threaten
the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
