This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for extension o
f time to surrender before the court below and move for bail pursuant to the order dated 08.05
.2017 passed in ABLAPL No.20801 of 2016.
Heard.
Considering the grounds stated in the petition, the date fixed for the
petitioner to surrender before the court below is extended till 11.08.2017. In the event the
petitioner surrenders before the court below on or before 11.08.2017 and moves for bail, the
other directions given in the aforesaid order shall be carried out.
This misc. case is, accordingly, disposed of.
