 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 This is an application filed under Section 407 of the Cr.P.C. to trans
fer the G.R. Case No.111 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Special Judge-Cum-Additional
District and Sessions Judge, Kendrapara to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, K
endrapara.

 Considering the facts and submissions made and the ground taken in the
 transfer petition, this Court is of the view that the aforesaid case should be transferred to
 the court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Kendrapara. Accordingly, G.R. Case No.1
11 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Special Judge-Cum-Additional District and Sessions
Judge, Kendrapara stands transferred to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Kend
rapara. Both the courts are directed to take appropriate steps on receipt of certified copy of
 this Court.

 With the aforesaid order, this TRPCRL stands disposed of being allowed
