Perused the copy of the F.I.R. attached to the ABLAPL petition.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioners and nature of allegations, it is directed that each of the petitioners
shall be released on bail, in the event of their arrest by the Arresting Officer, on such ter
ms and conditions as deemed just and proper in connection with Patkura P.S. Case No.234 of 201
6 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1384 of 2016 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Ken
drapara.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
