al Standing Counsel for the State.

 This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C.

 The occurrence happened prior to the amendment of 3 S.C. & S.T. (PA) Act, in t
he month of January, 2016.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submission, the ABLAPL be disp
osed of with the observation that the petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the lea
rned Sessions Judge, Kendrapara in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015 correspo
nding to G.R. Case No. 142 of 2015 within 15 (fifteen) days from today, and in the event of th
eir surrender and motion for bail, the application for bail shall be considered by the learned
 Sessions Judge, Kendrapara on merit in accordance with law on the same day.

 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
