dditional Standing Counsel for the State.
This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
Perused the copy of the F.I.R attached to the ABLAPL petition.
It is stated at the Bar that there is no record of criminal antecedent against
the petitioner.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permane
nt residence of the petitioner and nature of allegations against him, it is directed that the
petitioner shall surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda in connection with Laikera
P.S. Case No. 10 of 2007 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 67 of 2007 within 15 days from today.
In the event of his surrender and motion for bail, he shall be admitted to bail by the learne
d S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
