The petitioner is stated to have executed some work under the Executive Engine
er, Rural Works Division, Nimapara(Opposite Party No.4). It is alleged that the admitted amoun
t along with the security deposit has not yet been released. In this regard, the petitioner st
ated to have filed a representation before Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-6.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission and without going into the
merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Executive Engineer, Rural Wo
rks Division, Naimapara- Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitione
r vide Annexure-6 in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of receipt of a cert
ified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures.
If the amount is payable and the petitioner is entitled to receive, the same b
e paid to him before 31st March, 2017.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
