This interim application has been filed by the
petitioners for issuance of direction to the I.O., Chudamani Marine Police to release the petitioners on bail in any terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper by modifying the order dated 09.05.2017 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.1754 of 2017.
As the ground stated in the petition is not convincing, the prayer for modification of the order dated 09.05.2017 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.1754 of 2017 is rejected and the interim application stands dismissed.
