This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the opposite parties 1 an
d 2 to create the new Anganwadi Centre in village Gudiali.
Mr.Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has s
ubmitted a representation on 16.5.2016, vide Annexure-5, before the Collector-cum-District Mag
istrate, Ganjam Chatrapur, opposite party no.2 in this regard. He further submits that a direc
tion may be issued to the said authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.
Without entering into the merits of the case, this Court directs the opposite
party no.2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a
period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With regar
d to engagement of the petitioner, if the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Ganjam takes a de
cision for creation of new Anganwadi Centre in village Gudiali, case of the petitioner may be
considered, if she is otherwise eligible.
