The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the opposite parties to provide a
house under the Prime Minister Awas Yojana or Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana.
Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Mishra, learned
Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner will file a repres
entation before the B.D.O., Begunia Block, Khurda, opposite party no.2. He further submits tha
t a direction may be issued to the opposite party no.2 to dispose of the said representation a
t an early date.
Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this writ petit
ion is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner makes a representation before th
e B.D.O., Begunia Block, Khurda, opposite party no.2 within a period of fifteen days from toda
y, the opposite party no.2 shall do well to dispose of the same within a period of three month
s thereafter. In the event, the opposite party no.2 comes to a conclusion that the petitioner
is otherwise entitled to a house under any of the schemes, necessary order shall be passed the
reon within a period of three months thereafter.
