Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Adv
ocate.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has executed the work for co
nstruction of MGNREGA Project work of Renovation of Deula Tank, Bankapur under Brajarajpur G.P
. of Ranpur Block in the district of Nayagarh and submitted the bills but the same has not bee
n paid.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file a rep
resentation before the B.D.O., Ranpur Block-opposite party no.3 in this regard. He further sub
mits that a direction may be issued to the said authority to dispose of the representation at
an early date.
In view of the above, this Court disposes of the writ petition with an observa
tion that if the petitioner files a representation within fifteen days from today, the opposit
e party no.3 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period
of six months.
