 Heard Mr. M. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

 The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to the opposite partie
s to incorporate the correct name of his son and parents name in the transfer certificate issu
ed by the authority.

 Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate states that if the petitioner seeks to
incorporate the correct name of his son and parents name in place of the name already indicate
d in the transfer certificate, he has to approach the appropriate forum seeking for declaratio
n.

 Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the parties and after going
through the records, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. However, libert
y is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

 With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
