The petitioner has filed this writ application seeking for a direction to opposite par
ty nos.1 & 2 to reconsider his claim for approval and release of salary components from 1.6.19
94 keeping in view the ratio decided in the case of State of Orissa and Others v. Pradipta Kum
ar Sutar and others in F.A.O. No.614 of 2012 and in the case of Sri Debendranath Barik Vrs. St
ate of Orissa and others as that has been extended to another Demonstrator of the College unde
r Annexure-6.
Mr. S.K.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the grievanc
e the petitioner has made a representation to opposite party No.1 vide Annexure-7 and no decis
ion has yet been taken.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any o
pinion on the merits of the contentions raised, this Court disposes of the writ petition direc
ting opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the representation stated to have been fil
ed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 within a period of three months from the date of communic
ation of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.1 shall be filed within
week.
Issue urgent copy as per Rules.
