14.03.2016 Heard Mr.B.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.K.Mohanty, learned coun
sel for opposite parties.

 The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to accept his resignation
 and release the arrear dues as due and admissible to him in accordance with law.
 Mr.B.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the time the petitione
r approached this Court, he was 55 years of age and now he has become 72 years and as such, he
 has no instruction what has happened in the meantime. He seeks for some more time to obtain i
nstruction in the matter.

 Mr.M.K.Mohanty, learned counsel for opposite parties states that he has no instruction
in the matter.
 Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and on perusing the m
aterials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment.
 In course of hearing, Mr.B.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner states that sinc
e he has no instruction in the matter, let the matter be disposed of granting liberty to the p
etitioner to move again if any cause of action still survives.
 Mr.M.K.Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection.
 In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ application is disposed of granting libe
rty to the petitioner to move the appropriate forum, if any cause of action still survives.
 Issue urgent copy as per rules.
