Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenging the order of punis
hment, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Managing Director and C.E.O., Andhra Bank
, Head Office, Saifabad, Hyderabad, opposite party no.6. He further submits that a direction m
ay be issued to the opposite party no.6 to dispose of the appeal at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the writ petition wit
h a direction to the opposite party no.6 to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a p
eriod of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
