 As per the office note, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that defect ha
s already been removed. Perused the documents. I find that defect has already been removed.
 Question raised in this writ petition is for allotment of house under Indira Awas Yoja
na in the district of Nayagarh.

 Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has made representatio
n dated 11.02.2016 before the Collector, Nayagarh-the opposite party no.2 and as such it would
 be appropriate at this stage directing the opposite party no.2 to take decision on the repres
entation in accordance with law and while taking decision, he shall decide the entitlement of
the petitioner.

 On such submission and without entering into the merit of claim of the petitioner, the
 writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation gi
ving therein all details of claim supported by documents, if any within three weeks from the d
ate of receipt of copy of this order.

 Opposite party no.2 shall take decision within four weeks from the date of receipt of
copy of representation and provide opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner while dec
iding the claim.

 Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
