 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Miss Sanjibani Mishra, learned Addl. Stan
ding Counsel.

 Question raised in this writ petition is the allotment of house under Indira Awas Yoja
na and Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana in the Laxminarayanpur of Pipili Block in the district of Puri.
 Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has made representatio
n before the Collector, Puri-the opposite party no.2 and as such it would be appropriate at th
is stage directing the opposite party no.2 to take decision in accordance with law and while t
aking decision, he shall decide the entitlement of the petitioner. On such submission and
 without entering into the merit of claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of
giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation giving therein all details of cl
aim supported by documents, if any within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this
 order.

 Opposite party no.2 shall take decision within three weeks from the date of receipt of
 copy of representation and provide opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner while de
ciding the claim.

 Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
