This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the notice dat
ed 17.3.2016 issued by opposite party No.4-Tahasildar, Ullunda under form-Kha in Encroachment
Case No. 216 of 2015 directing for eviction of the petitioner measuring an area Ac.0.060 dec.
of land under Sarbasadharan of Mouza Kairajhuli in the district of Subarnapur.
Since the final order passed in the aforesaid Encroachment Case is appellable
one, this Court disposes of the writ petition with an observation that in case the petitioner
files an appeal within a period of four weeks from today before the appellate authority in suc
h event the same shall be disposed of in accordance with the law. Status quo as on date in res
pect of the aforesaid land shall be maintained by the parties for a period of four weeks from
today.
