2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the Taha
sildar, Bhubaneswar in not supplying the order of conversion of land from agricultural to home
stead in respect of Plot No.431 under Khata No.97 measuring an area of Ac.0.144 decimals out
of Ac.0.575 decimals of Mouza- Sijua.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar has pass
ed an order in O.L.R 8 (A) Case No.1499 of 2005 for conversion of the land to homestead in the
 year 2005. The petitioner has deposited premium of Rs.4,370/-. A copy of the receipt is anne
xed as Annexure-3. However, the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar has not issued the Records of Right ti
ll date.

4. The petitioner has not filed the order passed by the opposite party in the conversion
case and the assessment made towards payment of premium. In absence of the same, it cannot be
held that he has paid the premium-in-full to take follow up action as per the Rules.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition as th e same is premature. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority under the R.T.I Act to obtain information.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
