 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Government Advocate

 This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the op
posite party No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioners within the stipulated peri
od regarding construction of Road over the land of the petitioners bearing Plot No.929 under K
hata No.97 and Plot No.928 under Khata No.420 under Mouza Sarpada-Tahasil Nischintakoili in th
e district of Cuttack.

 Reiterating the said grievance the petitioners have filed a representation under Annex
ure-1 before the opposite party No.2 on 27.1.2016, which is still pending.
 Considering the above, without going into the merit of this case, this Court disposes
of the Writ Petition directing opposite party No.2 to consider the representation of the petit
ioners under Annexure-1 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks
from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ peti
tion.
