16.03.2016 Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Coun
sel for the School and Mass Education Department.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is working
 as Peon in Sashibhusan High School, Krushnanagar, Dist.-Kendrapara, has made a representation
 highlighting his grievance before the District Education Officer, Kendrapara, opposite party
no.3 on 23.11.2015 vide Annexure-5, which is still pending. He further submits that a directio
n may be issued to the opposite party no.3 to dispose of the said representation at an early d
ate.

 Considering the innocuous prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction
 to the District Education Officer, Kendrapara, opposite party no.3 to dispose of the represen
tation of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 after hearing the parties within a period of two mont
hs from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

 It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits o

f the case.

 Free copy of this order be handed over to learned Standing Counsel for the Sch
ool and Mass Education Department.
