This writ petition has been filed challenging the action of th
e opposite parties in not considering the representation of the petitioner for her transfer fr
om the judgeship of Balangir to the judgeship of Sonepur.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner w
hile referring to para-9 of the counter affidavit filed by the opposite party nos.3 and 4 pray
s for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority for red
ressal of the grievance of the petitioner.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withd
rawn.
