This contempt petition has been filed for non-complian
ce of the order of this Court dated 31.07.2013, passed in W.P.(C) No.15538 of 2013.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the order of this C
ourt dated 31.07.2013 shall be complied within three months hence, if not already complied.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the Stat
e, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the opposite parties are granted three months time t
o comply with the order of this Court.
CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
