This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of or
der of this Court dated 04.12.2009, passed in W.P.(C) No.13482 of 2006.
Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that the
order of this Court dated 04.12.2009 has already been complied, which fact has duly been commu
nicated to the petitioner as well as to the Principal of the College.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel fo
r the State and keeping in view the fact that the order of this Court dated 04.12.2009 has alr
eady been complied, no further order is necessary.
