The petitioner has filed the writ petition to quash the order dated 17.12.2015 under ann
exure-4 by which the petitioner has been transferred to his previous post under control of Bra
nch Manager Main Branch of the Bank at Puri.

it petition stating that the relief sought for has been granted to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infrtuctuous. Accordingly, the
