 Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner.

 The petitioner has filed this application seeking for following reliefs:

i. Consider him under clause 49 of OUAT statute,1965.

ii. Revise his pay scale at Rs.2200 in the scale of pay of Rs. 2200-75-2800-100-4000 w.e.f. 04
.11.1991;
iii. Revise his pay scale to Rs. 8000/- - 275/- -13,500/- w.e.f. 01.01.1996 as per UGC regulat
ion 1996.

iv. Promote him to Asst. Professor (Senior Scale) w.e.f. 04.11.1997 and Asst. Professor (selec
tion grade) w.e.f. 04.11.2002;

v. Grant corresponding revised scale of pay w.e.f. 01.01.2006 as per UGC regulation 2006.
vi. Grant the consequential financial benefits arising out of re-fixation and promotion under
Career Advancement Scheme (CAS).

 In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the
 grievance, the petitioner has made representation before opposite party no. 1 vide Annexure-4
 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.

 In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite p
arty no. 1 to consider the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-4 and pass appropr
iate order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
 Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.1 shall be filed withi
n a week.

 Issue urgent copy as per Rules subject to filing of requisites.
