It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 06.10.2015 passe
d in W.P.(C) No. 17876 of 2015 has not yet been complied with. If the order has not been compl
ied with, let the opposite parties comply with the same within a period of two months from the
date of communication of this order.
Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
Requisites for communication of this order to the opposite parties shall be filed within
a week.
