Heard Mr. S.K. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ application to quash the selection of opposite party
no.4 as Secretary of Jamut Primary Agricultural co-Operative Society, (PACS) under the ARCS, B
olangir Circle, Bolangir. He has further sought for a direction to the selection committee to
appoint him against the said post.
Since alternative remedy is available under the Statute, this Court is not inclined to e
ntertain this application. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate f
orum, if he is so advised.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
