In that view of the matter since the petitioners have already raised Industrial Disput
e let the authorities shall apply their mind in terms of the direction given by this Court wit
hin a period of three months. Till a decision is taken the petitioners may not be disengaged f
rom service for a period of three months.
Heard Mr. D.P. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Considering the averments made in the misc. case and the submission advanced b
y learned counsel for the petitioners, time is extended for a further period of two months fro
m today. The rest part of the said order remains unaltered.
