03.03.2016 Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

 The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to the opposite parti
es 2 & 3 to release the differential arrear salary extending the benefit of Assured Carrier Pr
ogression Scheme w.e.f. 15.04.1998 and 2nd ACP w.e.f. 15.04.2008 and 3rd ACP w.e.f. 15.04.2013
 i.e. the date of completion of 15/25/30 years of service with grade pay of Rs.5400/- from the
 date of his appointment within a stipulated time.

 In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the
grievance, the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure
-4 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
 In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposi
te party no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-4 and pass appro
priate order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
 Requisites for communication of this order to the opposite party no.2 shall be filed w
ithin a week.

 Issue urgent copy as per Rules subject to filing of requisites.
