senting the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has
already been engaged, as such prayer has been made to withdraw this writ petition.
He has filed memo to that effect.
Learned counsel for opposite party State has got no objection.
In view thereof the case is permitted to be withdrawn.
Accordingly, the case is dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.
Office is directed to keep the memo dtd.5.8.2016 on record.
