 Question raised in this writ petition is for allotment of house under Indira Awas Yoja
na in the district of Balasore.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the work order, out of to
tal sanctioned amount of Rs.45,000/-, the petitioner has received the amount of Rs.5,000/- and
 the rest amount of Rs.40,000/- has not yet been released.

 Learned counsel for the State has submitted that it would be appropriate at this stage
 directing the opposite party no.3 to take decision in accordance with law.

 On such submission and without entering into the merit of claim of the petitioner, the
 writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation be
fore opposite party no.3-the B.D.O., Remuna Block giving therein all details of claim supporte
d by documents, if any within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
 Opposite party no.3 shall take decision within four weeks from the date of receipt of
copy of representation and shall examine the fact that if the rest amount has not yet been rel
eased, the same shall be released without any further delay.
 Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
