 Mrs. Ranjana Chopra at present working as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School and Mass
Education Department is present in terms of order dated 21.06.2016 passed in this case, who ha
s been represented by learned Advocate General.

 It has been submitted that in compliance to the order passed by this Court dated 29.09
.2015 passed in OJC No.213 of 2002, order has been passed on 4.7.2016 as contained in Order No
.12995 at Annexure-B/1 to show cause.

 It has further been submitted by the learned A.G. that the order has been complied wit
h and as such there is no need to proceed further with this contempt case.

 After going through the order passed in OJC no.213 of 2002 whereby and whereunder this
 Court has directed the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School and Mass Education Department to de
cide the claim of the petitioner within stipulated period and in view thereof, order has been
passed by O.P. No.1 on 4.7.2016 as annexed with show cause.

 Since, the order passed by this Court has been complied with, hence there is no need t
o proceed further with the contempt case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed.

However, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order, she is at liberty to challenge it before appropriate forum.

Personal appearance of Mrs. Ranjana Chopra is dispensed with.
