Mr.R.Roy, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court while disposing o f the writ petition directed opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation of t he petitioner vide Annexure-7, but in fact, Annexure-8 is pending. He further submits that the case of the petitioner has been forwarded by the Collector, Khurda to the Director, Municipal Administration on 13.10.2015 vide Annexure-9.

W. P.(C) No.23708 of 2015 Heard Mr.R.Roy learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to quash Annexure-4 dated 11.06.2015 an d further seeking for a direction to opp. Party nos. 4 and 5 to pay him consolidated monthly r emuneration of Rs. 10000/- as per Resolution No. 19 dated 29.07.2013 of the Khurda Municipal C ouncil vide Annexure-3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the grievance the pe titioner has made a representation to the Minister, Urban and Housing Development Department w ith copy to the Collector, Khurda vide Annexure-8 and the Collector, Khurda in turn requested the Director, Municipal Administration vide letter dated 13.10.2015 in Annexure-9 to consider his grievance and to give post facto approval to the Council resolution on fixation of remuner ation for the D.L.Rs., but no decision has yet been taken thereon.

Considering the limited nature of grievance without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opp. party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8 keeping in view the recommendation made by the Collector, Khurda in Annexure-9 within a period of three months fro m the date of communication of this order. Requisites for communication of this order to opp. party no.2 shall be filed with in a week.
